Join Christiane as she takes us through the Eagle posture, in Sanskrit - Garudasana.

This is a great posture to heighten mental focus and to improve balance. It helps to free tension in the shoulders and it's also an excellent posture for strengthening and toning the thighs.

If you have knee, hip or balance problems, please take care, or avoid this posture. Modifications are provided in the full class. It's also important you are properly warmed up in the shoulders and hips to gain the most from this pose.
