Dru Meditation is about using the power of movement to find a calm inner point from which you can look at the world in a different way and discover a fresh, new perspective on your life.
Join Patricia & Noelene for a fun and relaxing afternoon of unique movement, relaxation and breath work that will make your meditation more effective! Learn easy techniques to calm your body and mind, and let go of stress, leaving you feeling refreshed and recharged!
Noelene and Patricia have trained hundreds of Dru yoga and meditation teachers in Australia and New Zealand, and bring a wealth of experience, making the process easy and enjoyable.

9.30–1.00pm Soma Masterclass –
an exciting new workshop for Dru graduates only
Join us and take some familiar practices to a deeper, more advanced level. Soma is a key concept in the old traditions of India. Another name for the moon - in yogic texts soma translates as the nectar of immortality.
Knowing how to more effectively engage with yogic practices to access soma, direct it and hold it in order for it to nourish us, can be essential to our wellbeing. In addition:
- Patricia will explore one of the most important muscles, the psoas, also known as the “Muscle of the Soul” in some traditions.
- Also includes Chandra Namaskara with the prana vayus and the koshas; relaxation flavoured by an ayurvedic principle; a new pranayama practice; king of the mudras (!!!); and meditation.
3 CPD points allocated and open to all Dru Yoga and Dru Meditation course graduates. Please arrive at 9.15 for a 9.30 start.
