Join us for a nurturing afternoon of Dru Yoga and Meditation, to make way for the positive energy of Springtime, boosting your health, wellbeing and resilience. Discover simple but powerful ways to find inner clarity and calm.
The Dru approach is to find stillness through flowing movement – to be able to stay balanced and stress free when all around is constantly changing!
Want to go deeper? You'll also learn preparatory techniques for the indepth Dru Meditation teacher training course starting in Brisbane in 2018.
Noelene has trained hundreds of Dru yoga and meditation teachers in Australia and New Zealand, so brings a wealth of experience, making the process easy and enjoyable.

How do EBRs work? Unpacking these amazing sequences on various layers of our being. An indepth exploration for teachers to enrich their teaching.
Including a Dru Sound Chakra meditation.
