  • A 2-part  introductory workshop (on Sunday 11th & Monday 12th Sept at 7pm AEST)
    explaining key Ayurvedic principles, and full details of our cleanse program (available as recordings)
  • detailed menus for your 5 or 7-day detox, with recipes and shopping list 
  • 4 x 20 min cooking demo videos, full of tips to create the recipes with ease, to watch in your own time
  • chart of which foods are permitted during the cleanse and those foods best to avoid
  • daily yoga and pranayama program to fuel your digestive fire, unwind your nervous system, quieten the mind,
    de-stagnate the lymph and increase detox benefits  
  • 5 (or 7) daily zoom Q&A forums, to check-in with your tutors Mouli & Greg
    and be supported and inspired by like-minded souls sharing this detox journey

What if I cannot come to all the live zoom connections?

The home cleanse program takes place in the company of a like-minded community with nighty live zoom Q&A sessions,
hosted by senior Dru Ayurveda tutors with support from the Dru Ayurveda team. 

  • We recommend that you immerse yourself in the cleanse over the days 20 to 24th (or 26th) September
    This time around the spring equinox is the best time to prepare yourself for the change of season.
    Checking in each evening at 8pm gives the support, encouragement and inspiration of knowing you are not doing this on your own. 
  • If you’re not able to attend the introductory workshops live, they are available as recordings.
    They give a full explanation of the home cleanse program and the Ayurvedic principles that underlie the program
  • You’ll receive links to all necessary resources in t your booking confirmation email—the cooking vimeos to watch any time, and pdfs of the menu plans, recipes, a chart of permitted foods and a shopping list.
  • if you are unable to attend the nightly live check-ins, you may post your questions ahead of time to ayurveda@dru.com.au, or to our Spring cleanse 2022 WhatsApp group.

I would thoroughly recommend the APD to anyone that is considering doing it.
I have benefitted enormously from it.
I did the course during the covid pandemic lockdown. A time of anxiety and fear. The knowledge that I gained helped me to recognise and acknowledge my feelings and gave me tools to deal with them.
The yoga postures , sequences and breathing techniques that are already familiar can be used to change our emotional energy.
In the same way that we have learnt to scan our physical body for aches and pains and stiffness or injury and use yoga postures and stretches to ease ourselves , I have learnt to scan my emotional and energetic body and recognise negative thoughts and patterns and how to correct them. By doing this regularly I feel more self-confident and happy .
I remember a very powerful moment when we were doing the Eagle posture and imagining that we were looking down at ourselves and what we perceived. I thought ‘ I am cool ‘ ! That thought has stayed with me.
