Experience the unique intersection of yoga and sound on this face to face (in person) retreat.
This nurturing weekend will show you how to use the power of sound and vibration to support you on your journey towards joy, peace and stillness.
We'll explore how to use sound and yoga to improve your self expression and align your body, mind and spirit!
With the added bonus of being with like minded friends who love music and sound!
Suitable for everyone – there are no prerequisites. Tap into the world of Dru Sound and Mantra to help you add a depth to your life like never before!
Friday 3 May arrive from 4pm - Sunday 5 May completing at 3pm.
Location: Pallotti College is located in a stunning, peaceful environment in Millgrove, in the foothills of Mt Donna Buang near the Yarra Valley. It is approx 2 hours from Melbourne CBD, easily reachable by train (Lilydale line) and bus.
Accommodation: Two levels of bedroom accommodation along with comfortable modern shared bathroom facilities. All rooms have central hydronic heating, pillows and bedspreads on the beds plus a basin, wardrobe, desk, chair and reading lamp.
Linen: Guests usually bring their own linen; however, bed linen and towels can be provided on request at an additional cost of $15 - please contact the Dru office (02 6161 1462) to arrange for this.
Meals: Scrumptious vegetarian lunches and dinners are provided, as well as breakfast which is served in the kitchenette. Tea, coffee and snacks are available at any time. Please let us know if you are sugar free, dairy free or gluten free.

Noelene Francis Noelene has many years experience in combining her love of music with the yogic journey towards peace and stillness. She is a senior international tutor in Dru yoga and meditation is a Director of Dru Australasia. Noelene sang in a performing choir as a youth, and then in rock bands for almost two decades before discovering the meeting of sound and yoga with Dru, leading chanting sessions since 2006.
Noelene was taught the unique Dru Sound techniques by Yamuna Loyal, the originator of the Dru Sound course in North Wales in 2009 and has presented on Sound courses with Dru UK.
Deb Ryan is a senior tutor on the Dru Yoga Teacher Training and Meditation Mastery courses. Deb has been involved with sound and mantra events in Australasia since 2014, has led kirtan sessions and sound workshops in the past and continues to use mantra as a tool for transformation.

The fees include tuition, single room shared bathroom accommodation (bring your own sheets, pillowcase and towel) and all meals at Pallotti College, 80 McNamaras Road Millgrove Vic 3799.
