Dru Meditation is about using the power of movement to find a calm inner point from which you can look at the world in a different way and discover a fresh, new perspective on your life.

Join Noelene and the team for a fun and relaxing afternoon of unique movement, relaxation and breath work that will make your meditation more effective!  Learn easy techniques to calm your body and mind, and let go of stress, leaving you feeling refreshed and recharged!

Noelene has trained hundreds of Dru yoga and meditation teachers in Australia and New Zealand, and brings a wealth of experience, making the process easy and enjoyable.
