Taking a close look into your life to understand your unique constitution

Week 1 - the doshas

Discover how the 3 doshas (vata or air, pitta or fire and kapha - water and earth) affect you and create your personal constitution.

It's said that different times of day, and even the seasons, can affect the dosha balance within us. For example kapha is predominant in winter, pitta during spring and summer and vata in autumn, therefore your balance may be 'pulled' to tune in to the current season. This week we'll take a fun look at understanding how these doshas interact in your every day life.

Week 4 - de-tox

In this week you will learn about a super de-tox programme that you can do daily. In Ayurveda, this is called 'dinacharya'. 'Din' means 'daily' and 'acharya' means 'routine'. It is a tried and tested programme that is aimed at totally revitalising and awakening your mind, body and senses.

This well established practice, will act as a turbo booster to your day. It also provides a daily plan for your specific constitution that combines everything you have learnt so far.
