With the technology available to us to be able to be watch live and then be able to review it all at your leisure followed up by the tutorials was a very nurturing way to learn. Many thanks to all involved for such a wonderful experience
I love the way the tutors introduce us to the energy body and the chakras when teaching the asanas. I feel as I have used the EBRs, asanas and relaxation over the last few months that I have changed as a person. I feel more confident and more in touch with my true self. It is a lovely journey.

I really enjoyed the activations. The relaxation was particularly good. The segmented vitality sequence - very useful technique. I also enjoyed the simplicity of the flowing tree sequence. I enjoyed my day practicing Dru Yoga with a lovely group of people. Thank you Padma, Anne, Sue and Bob.
I learned so much in my first module of the teacher training about Dru Yoga. I love the graceful, flowing movements and the way my body feels after a Dru yoga session. It is very different from any other style of yoga I have ever done. Your body feels more flexible and energised and your mind feels calm and relaxed. I loved every aspect of the course. It was well delivered with a good mix of theory and practical sessions each day. The books given as part of the course are excellent.
It is really good to experience different teachers. There is always something new to learn.
Nice sociable, friendly day. Great mix of activity and relaxation - positive atmosphere. I enjoyed all aspects. Hope I can remember some things to add to my yoga practice. The workshop was well organised and planned - all running very smoothly. All teachers very enthusiastic, confident and reassuring.
There was lots of variation, some easy, some more challenging. Lots of explanation about how to move and the theory behind the moves. I love to know stuff :).
Well prepared. Well thought out. The sharing of tasks between Imogen and Anne went well. Lovely people.

I remember reading the course handbook over 2 years ago, thinking and believing I could never do it; not feeling good enough and deep panic and fear about the whole idea of teaching - being in front of people and having the focus on myself. Now I sit here writing this at the end of 2 years, on graduation day, and I say to myself 'you did it!'. You are enough! My head told me I couldn't do it, but my heart said 'yes, you absolutely can'. It has changed my life and I can't recommend the course highly enough! Life is a journey of coming home to yourself, your true and highest Self. Dru Yoga is absolutely helping me to do that.
I enjoyed all of this workshop, but particularly EBR3 and the flowing tree. My overall impression was that this workshop was great; very peaceful and as a complete beginner, easy for me to do.

I thoroughly enjoyed all the elements of the workshops. As relatively new to this practice, I was grateful that I was able to gain something from each session.
It has deepened my practice and has also given me ideas about the way I practice; the notes of freedom. Ever since taking the course, I have really begun to understand some elements of myself that I knew I needed to work on – I suppose I have become more aware.
In many ways, the course encouraged me to develop and think about key words to use in class and to incorporate more than just the ‘physical experience of yoga’.
Since starting Dru I feel I have developed a stronger sense of ‘Self’. In everything I try to do to develop myself I am slowly seeing changes also in those I have close contact with. I feel I am calmer and focus on self care- family and work colleagues are beginning to join me
I think this course offers so many amazing life skills that everyone deserves to know.

Firstly, what a professional bunch you all are there at Dru! The love, enthusiasm and dedication put in by the tutors and support staff was hugely impressive - never in 50 years have I been on such a good, well done, well thought out course with such enthusiastic and caring people - you make me realise how bad a lot of the courses I have been on were! A hugely liberating and affirming life experience- the air almost crackled with the positive energy of the tutors, support staff and students. I felt a foot taller, twenty years younger and brimming with energy!!
When I first saw the dance demo I didn’t believe I would be able to completely achieve it. My sense of achievement at having completed it has made me feel that I can now accomplish anything I set my mind to in my life. Break it down, repeat it and glue it together
DYTT in a beautiful safe space in which to explore body and mind and come out sparkling! Peace of mind, awareness, grace and a sense of belonging are just a few of the results.
I liked the warm-up - the twist, my era! It was a good venue; comfortable and nice choice of refreshments. The workshop was lovely, gentle and supportive. Reaffirms why I love yoga.
The masterclass was very informative and well presented and demonstrated. Can't fault it, a very enjoyable day!
