I love the way the tutors introduce us to the energy body and the chakras when teaching the asanas. I feel as I have used the EBRs, asanas and relaxation over the last few months that I have changed as a person. I feel more confident and more in touch with my true self. It is a lovely journey.
The course has helped me to understand the ‘nuts and bolts’ of how Dru yoga works. I feel that it has been great for self-development and identification. It has help me progress in future learning and further development. I also feel the course has inspired my teaching by bringing in more koshic awareness.

It's a course for life; for living. It's not work, but it requires the highest personal effort, but the gift is beyond your wildest imaginings. You can be your best self and the support you will find around you will enable this. Laughter, truth, honesty, love and balance. Just do it, it's a beautiful experience.
Yoga changed my life! I started the course feeling anxious, unsure of myself and afraid of the future. I finished it empowered, confident and ready to teach Dru Yoga to anyone that wants to learn!
An expanding experience of the body and mind. A really special & beautiful place to be a part of. Meeting lots of new people, though from very different backgrounds but all wanting to explore further/increase their knowledge of Dru yoga & its various elements and also those who make Dru principles their lives and want to help others enhance their lives.
I first came on the youth course when I was 14 and I’ve just kept coming since then. The youth course has totally shaped who I am, my confidence and my identity, not only through the things we’ve learned but also from the amazing people I’ve met.
Learning that stillness isn’t a scary place to be. Learning to bring balance into your life makes a huge difference.
Dru Meditation enables you to bring your practice to the next level, leaves you feeling light and gives you a way forward.
Dru Ayurveda & Yoga workshop:- A thoroughly enjoyable day, enlightening me to how I can work on my health and happiness with minimal effort - great for a kapha type!

I enjoyed the energy and enthusiasm of the teachers and the positive vibe. I love learning new things. The workshop was excellent: enlightening and fulfilling.
It has helped me to explore all aspects of myself. The course has taught me to slow down, observe and witness as I move, breathe and live. It has brought awareness to my true nature, feelings, thoughts and intentions.
It taught me to be kind to myself. The prana work brought attention to health concerns in a startling way. It then led the way in my healing, knowing that all is truly well – thank you!
As a teacher, I have become more aware on many levels of a person’s struggles, difficulties and of course their wellness and awesomeness!
The workshop had a lovely atmosphere. I liked that we are encouraged to work within our personal limits and not over-push ourselves. Kind and gentle vibes. I particularly liked Padma's pear tree as so new and different. The workshop was well organised. A lovely focus on relaxation and breaking down postures into little bite size pieces. All the teachers had their own stye that worked positively to create a positive whole experience.
The teaching/learning has been fantastic, however there have been many other benefits on a more personal level that I hadn’t expected. Being immersed in yoga, with wonderful people in a beautiful setting has allowed me to ground myself, reflect and focus. Thank you and I can’t wait for module 2.

Keith was such an inspiration with his delicious dishes and I felt very nourished by our shared meal. I especially enjoyed the creamed carrots and will definitely be making it for my family. I was also reminded that it's not just about the cooking and that putting love and intent into it is what makes a real difference.
A great confidence builder/giver. A place to feel loved and nurtured. I felt the benefit I gained from working with others was fundamental and invaluable to the start of my learning process.

I learned so much in my first module of the teacher training about Dru Yoga. I love the graceful, flowing movements and the way my body feels after a Dru yoga session. It is very different from any other style of yoga I have ever done. Your body feels more flexible and energised and your mind feels calm and relaxed. I loved every aspect of the course. It was well delivered with a good mix of theory and practical sessions each day. The books given as part of the course are excellent.
I have found a new inner strength that I thought I had lost forever, a renewed sense of confidence in myself, and a joy in life, in nature, in the ‘little’ things. I know when things get tough I will be fine. I can find a quiet and safe haven inside myself which is there always.
Firstly, what a professional bunch you all are there at Dru! The love, enthusiasm and dedication put in by the tutors and support staff was hugely impressive - never in 50 years have I been on such a good, well done, well thought out course with such enthusiastic and caring people - you make me realise how bad a lot of the courses I have been on were! A hugely liberating and affirming life experience- the air almost crackled with the positive energy of the tutors, support staff and students. I felt a foot taller, twenty years younger and brimming with energy!!
I not only feel empowered to teach but also empowered to be me.
