Taking part in the course has added Kosha awareness and improved my language to explain and explore yoga. It has deepened my spiritual awareness and provided me with tools to develop my skills with healing.
If you want to physically strengthen your body and emotionally enhance your mind, Dru Yoga will give you the tools to take into your daily life and help you cope with the stresses of modern living.
The workshop was friendly, stimulating and a nice venue. I enjoyed learning new postures, the different layers of postures, diaphragmatic breathing. It was very clear, a good pace, informative on all levels. Great kindness and care from all tutors.
