In this workshop you will experience:
- yoga sequence to help rebalance your nervous system
- relevant pranayama techniques including the practice of:
- kapalbhati - a potent energising breath
- anuloma/viloma - a breath that brings balance & harmony
- deep relaxation
- meditations to create a calm clear mind
