In this workshop you will experience:

  • yoga sequence to help rebalance your nervous system
  • relevant pranayama techniques including the practice of: 
    • kapalbhati - a potent energising breath
    • anuloma/viloma - a breath that brings balance & harmony
  • deep relaxation
  • meditations to create a calm clear mind

This unique half-day workshop for your enrichment and self-development will be led by Rita Goswami and Lily McFarlane.

Thank you, this was lovely. It was great to have your teaching in my home!
