What do I receive?
When you sign up you'll begin a life-enhancing step-by-step course spread over 18 months, with monthly eBooks to guide you through the Gita experience.
Each month contains a four-week programme to conduct you through the rich tapestry of the secrets of living, that is the ancient wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita.
The course is meant to be read alongside the Dru Bhagavad Gita books (which need to be purchased separately) especially referring to their remarkable dramatisation of the Gita story, and their verse-by-verse commentary and Today exercises.
You will also benefit by having the Dru Bhagavad Gita DVDs with you, although this is not essential to the course.
You’ll be lead effortlessly through fascinating insights and invited to explore thought-provoking questions for self discovery.
You'll anchor your discoveries with empowering yoga sequences, practical visualisation techniques, affirmations, breathing exercises and meditations.
There are practical tools for empowering high self-esteem, emotional strength, to deepen your knowledge and develop your highest qualities.

Some ideas to help you make the most of your course
We encourage you to keep a journal as you explore your life in the next 18 months. Most participants find a journal makes a valuable companion, a place to write down your responses to questions, your thoughts and feelings as they arise, as well as the many wonderful new insights you are bound to have.

How much time will the course take?
Most people doing the course would probably spend between 10 and 20 minutes, 3 to 5 times a week. Many would do more, since the material is so fascinating!
Most people enjoy the discovery that there's a little more material than you can cover unless you spend time on it each day. This is brilliant! The idea is to dip into it several times a week, do what you want, and leave the rest.
Then, when you finish your 18 months, you can start all over again. You're almost sure to be so addicted to the way the course is enhancing your life that you won't want to stop.
You'll find you can go through the course several times before you even begin to feel that you have covered the material.
That's quite a few years of personal growth for free!
