Living Light Kriya

We are excited to announce our brand new online programme 'Living Light Kriya' that starts April 30th 2022.

 

We're living through challenging times in which we may end up feeling depleted, anxious, and helpless.

Living Light Kriya is a specific meditative practice to ease your mind, enhance mental clarity, and experience inner peace and joy more of the time - regardless of what is happening in your life. 

How would it be if no matter what your life circumstances are, you can remain steady and tranquil within yourself? That you have a tool to always tap into your innate essence of joy?

 

The Living Light Kriya practice is a wonderful way to establish a lasting sense of positivity in your mind, invite more purpose and meaning into your day, and experience more ease within yourself.

All it takes to get started is to learn this specific kriya and then practice it daily for at least 40 days. And we're here to help you do just that!

 

What will the Living Light Kriya programme look like?

On April 30th and May 1st, you will be taught the specific process of this practice during 4 live online sessions.

 

You will learn:

  • how to settle into a profound sense of stillness and joy

  • how to connect with your inner light and intuition

  • how to sustain a daily practice and integrate its benefits into your life

 

We then support you over the following 40 days as you establish a daily 20-30 minute routine to benefit most from this practice. For the course of this program, you and your peers will have access to an online platform with resource materials to support you in mastering this practice and the ability to interact with each other and your tutors. At the end of the 40 days, we will conclude the program with a closing session and suggestions on what your next steps could look like.

We are looking for people who are keen to take their personal growth further and are willing to commit. We would love for you to join us on this journey! An integral part of this program is a 40 days self-practice. We recommend upon enrolling in this program that you explore a plant based or vegetarian diet for the full duration of the program, as this will support you in the process.

If you are a member of the Dru Professional Network you will be able to accrue 10 CPD hours for attendance at this event. Attendees from other yoga schools will need to check individually for their own CPD credits.

The main aspect of the course that I have learnt from the tutors is that 'I can do it!'  Dru Yoga is for everyone, including me!
