First Aid for yoga teachers in Central London
First Aid Training for Yoga Teachers
LIFE is a precious gift. Being the right person at the right moment can indeed save lives, especially if proper first aid is offered when needed. In Dru, we are fully equipped with all the yogic tools to uphold and enhance our student’s lives and this is another practical, yet vital tool we can add to our box.
This workshop is run by Paul Woodhouse and will focus on the types of emergency which a yoga teacher may come across in an everyday class.
Paul has been a First Aid trainer with Emergency First Response since 2009. Paul’s strength is adapting his teaching style to suit the individual needs of the participants. He endeavours to provide a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere where students can easily absorb and retain the information. His aim is to link First Aid to anatomy and physiology resulting in an understanding of why First Aid emergencies happen and how to react to them professionally
This 1 day *Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW)* training course is a Level 2 QCF Award and makes anyone who completes it a formally qualified emergency first aider. You will obtain a nationally recognised certificate which is valid for 3 years.

I not only enjoyed it, I loved it! Thank you. It really helped me to feel my core stability muscles. I'm looking forward training them ;-)
If you want to physically strengthen your body and emotionally enhance your mind, Dru Yoga will give you the tools to take into your daily life and help you cope with the stresses of modern living.
Thank you, this was lovely. It was great to have your teaching in my home! Great production also - good picture, good sound, easy to fast forward and great that I could see what was happening as I fast forwarded so I knew when to stop. I also like the way Dru Online is bringing us more specific subjects like this one, that before we have only seen in the workbooks. Thank you.
