In the excitement of an increasingly connected post lock-down summer, many of us are filling our diaries to exhaustion. Time to relax and regain perspective!
This beautiful evening is going to take you through three special relaxation techniques for the three Ayurvedic doshas.
If you are weighed down and having trouble stirring, you probably need a kapha relaxation. We'll start here, to get you up and going again, full of zest.
If you are becoming so driven that your diary is in danger of exploding from over-use, you probably need a pitta relaxation to decrease your fire. That's next in this bliss out evening.
And if you have become so frantic you have a tendency to be all over the place in your creative urge for fun, you probably need a vatta relaxation. We'll finish with that to soothe your heart and rest in profound stillness.
From there your perspective is clear, and you can recall why you do what you do, choose wisely and make a brilliant contribution to the next couple of months.
This masterclass is an excellent preparation for the upcoming Ayurveda Foundation course.
