Algarve Advanced Retreat: Yoga & Sadhana - Feb 2020
Join us in the beautiful Algarve this February to kick start your New Year in the best way possible. This retreat is for you if you’re passionate about yoga and meditation and would like some time to relax and enjoy some winter sun on the Algarve coast.
Expand your knowledge of Dru Yoga sequences and learn new material to add to your practice and teaching repertoire. Gain depth in your meditation practice from sessions with meditation masters to bring strength and calmness to your life.
Enjoy talks exploring yoga philosophy and experience sessions on the different paths of yoga - Bhakti, Karma and Jnana and their roles in your development. Learn a rarely taught Dru Yoga sequence and discover the magic of mudras.
This retreat is particularly designed for graduates and current Dru Yoga and Meditation students. It will renew and bring a strong grounding to your sadhana practice, and take it deeper. We shall also look at how your personal practice is working for you, and if there are any changes or additions that can help you further on your spiritual journey.
This retreat is held in the Alfamar Sport and Beach Hotel, a stone’s throw from a beautiful 15 km sandy beach with fabulous red cliffs. It’s the perfect location for long beach walks, sunrise meditations or a dip in the sea if you’re brave! We come again and again to this venue due to its excellent location, although the hotel’s accommodation and food are of a simple standard. The food is buffet style, with fresh salads and a vegetarian option at each meal.

3 teaching sessions per day:
7.30 am – 8.45 am
10.30 am – 12 noon
5.00 pm – 6.00 pm
Dates: 1st - 7th February 2020
Accommodation: Shared half board accommodation 6 nights €180 – book separately.
