Ayurveda—prepare for menopause
Peri-menopause and menopause can be experienced as a challenging time, including symptoms like hot flushes, night sweats, skin problems, digestive upsets and weight gain, to name a few! or it can be a time of freedom, growth and wisdom.
This weekend retreat (hosted at our beautiful woodland venue, Yr Ocar) offers a variety of practical tips and natural strategies, treatments and practices from the healing modalities of Ayurveda and Dru Yoga. You will learn what to do in the approach to, during and after menopause to stay balanced and vibrantly healthy in mind, body and emotions. You will learn how to apply the correct diet for you, as well as lifestyle, herbal formulas and therapies, yoga, meditation, pranayama and relaxations to help you make this one of the most powerful and exciting times of your life.
