For many of us it's been quite a ride... Now it's time for some nurture!

Join us - Andrew Wells, Pauline Ward and Palvinder Kaur - to learn how to relax, sleep better and restore your energy for the year ahead.

Find your bliss
The winter season is the time of yin energy; a time for rest, letting go and and simply being. It's a time for stillness. 

  • We'll be sharing a range of flow practices, delicious yin energy, restorative yoga, deep relaxation and yoga nidra.
  • We hope you'll figuratively curl up and bliss out - and come away feeling nourished and recharged!
  • One of the great ways of building your energy is to clear away stresses and anxieties, dissolve tiredness and energy blocks.
  • We'll be sharing potent Dru Yoga sequences, relaxations and yoga nidra techniques to do clear the 'stuff' of the last few months (or years!), and go on to building an inner platform for creating your own special bliss-time.
  • As a bonus, you'll even learn how to create your own "bliss-out plan" so you can stay refreshed and rejuvenated in months and maybe even years ahead.

If you've been suffering from exhaustion, low energy or insomnia, or the stress that so often goes with them, this is your opportunity to be soothed by techniques that aim to help you sleep better and have more energy. We aim to help you feel profoundly recharged!

On Saturday: we'll be showing you how to build a relationship of awareness and kindness with your physical body and your subtle energy system.

On Sunday: we'll be exploring how to develop an emotional landscape of warmth, care and friendship to yourself, your body and your mind.

Our morning-only format enables you to take time to nurture and support your own wellbeing, giving you the rest of the day to be with family, nature or just yourself.

Andrew Wells has been helping people follow their bliss in more than 40 countries across 5 continents for more than 3 decades. He is much-loved for the easy way he helps people discover self-help practices that make profound improvements in their lives - with fun and wisdom all along the way. Pauline Ward is one of Dru's senior teacher trainers in the UK, and her special gift is helping people soften into a flow that is unhurried yet exquisitely profound. Palvinder Kaur brings her 20 years of teaching yoga classes into a joyous dance of enthusiasm that warms your heart and uplifts your whole body-mind. We can't wait to meet you!

The decision to join the Spirituality of Yoga course came to me unexpectedly and after some hesitation. I'm so thankful that I did!
The practices have affected me, some very deeply, in a way that feels more certain and deep than anything else I've done; awakening new awareness but also drawing me back to long held understandings that had slipped from my life.  Most of all, at this time in my life, in the world, it has helped to experience deep stillness and steadiness, with a renewed compassion for my self as well as others.
On a practical level, the online course fits in easily with daily life, with a balance of learning, practice and space to absorb one thing before moving on.  The videos are all there to go over as many times as needed - and also to return to the energy of the live sessions.
The support throughout is amazing, steady, generous and infused with love, joy and a lot of laughter!  It's been wonderful to feel closer to our amazing tutors and the wider community on the course.
