Four Dru Yoga classes with Palvinder Kaur in July 2023
Experience the magic of Dru Yoga and join Palvinder Kaur for a series of 4 online or in person Dru yoga classes, Monday evenings from 7pm to 8.15pm.
Dates of the classes are:

- 17th July
- 24th July
- 31st July
Classes are fun, accessible to all. They include:
- Activations and stretches to prepare your body
- Yoga postures
- Dru yoga sequence using the principle of Isotonic and Isometric strengthening movement
- Guided deep relaxation to help you achieve a feeling of peace and harmony
- We will complete with some breath work

Palvinder experienced the magic of Dru ten years ago when she first drove to Snowdonia Mountain Lodge not knowing what she would find! Within two weeks she was on the Dru Yoga TT course and has fallen in love with Dru ever since, especially the Dru Yoga Dance.
Palvinder loves how Dru Yoga encompasses the whole person and works with the koshas, the breath, affirmations, visualisations and relaxation. She likes how Dru Yoga enhances the experience by applying other modalities such as the principles of Ayurveda, and exercise concepts without losing it’s own unique essence.
Palvinder is a Dru Yoga, Dru Meditation and Dru Yoga Dance teacher.
She is a Back Care & Wellbeing tutor who has completed the Advanced Practitioner course.
Palvinder is currently training on the Dru Yoga Therapy Course and is a trained Ayurvedic massage therapist.
If you are a member of the Dru Professional Network you will be able to accrue 1 CPD hour per class for attendance at this event. Attendees from other yoga schools will need to check individually for their own CPD credits.
Price: £30 for all four classes

I learned so much in my first module of the teacher training about Dru Yoga. I love the graceful, flowing movements and the way my body feels after a Dru yoga session. It is very different from any other style of yoga I have ever done. Your body feels more flexible and energised and your mind feels calm and relaxed. I loved every aspect of the course. It was well delivered with a good mix of theory and practical sessions each day. The books given as part of the course are excellent.
