Marma Self Massage, Stress Relief

There are 107 marma points in the body, which emerge from the nadis, the subtle energy pathways of the body. These pathways carry our life force ‘prana’.

In this session we will show you how you can use self-massage to ‘switch’ on these marma points and increase your flow of energy and life force.

This helps remove energy blocks, stimulates your digestive fire ‘agni’ and helps to remove toxins ‘ama’.

You will also learn how to stimulate certain marma points that help reduce stress and tension in the body, so you will be able to activate them whenever you need it!

  • General massage on hands & arms followed by Marma massage

  • Demonstrate Marmas on the face

  • Anti-aging massage on face, followed by Marma massage

  • Short seated Relaxation

I really enjoyed the {Dru Yoga & Ayurvedic Cookery} workshop. It had a nice balance of yoga movement, relaxation and meditation/concentration that was not too challenging for a novice like me. The cookery demonstration was great fun and the food was delicious. Also everyone was friendly and the venue was good too. Thanks for a lovely day.

Thanks so much for such a wonderful weekend. I really enjoyed connecting with you all again.
 
I know a lot about the topics discussed but hearing them spoken about with such passion by a group of experts really helped to clarify a number of points I was not completely sure about. I found it very motivating and gave me a greater understanding of why I need to do certain practices. I do most of the practices already so I don't really need to add anything. I would like to know more about the herbs that might be useful for me specifically but I would need a personal consultation for that. 
 
Thank you for such an information packed and motivating weekend. I am looking forward to looking all the materials in the course.
