Yoga for Balancing Kapha

Don’t you just love your yoga practice? We sure do!

How about spicing things up and sprinkle some ayurvedic understanding into your practise that encourages a greater sense of balance, harmony, self awareness and health?

Learn how to integrate your understanding of both yoga and ayurveda to turn yourself into a doshic alchemist!

By using ayurvedic adjustments in your yoga practice you can intentionally target imbalances like anxiety, stress or lethargy.

In this particular practice you will experience how to enliven and energise the stable and steady qualities of kapha, using a combination of postures, relaxation, and breath - with an emphasis on HOW you practice as that’s where the greatest benefit comes from when using a yoga practice to balance the doshas.

Keith was such an inspiration with his delicious dishes and I felt very nourished by our shared meal. I especially enjoyed the creamed carrots and will definitely be making it for my family. I know a lot about the topics discussed but hearing them spoken about with such passion by a group of experts really helped to clarify a number of points I was not completely sure about. I found it very motivating and gave me a greater understanding of why I need to do certain practices. I do most of the practices already so I don't really need to add anything. I would like to know more about the herbs that might be useful for me specifically but I would need a personal consultation for that.
