“I went with my four grandchildren aged 2, 9, 12 and 14. The 2 year old participated in all the activities but fell asleep during the relaxation at the end of the day. I was amazed at how the day catered for all age groups.
I enjoyed it as much as the grandchildren, but the highlight for me was listening to the enthusiasm and joy as they talked about the day’s events.”

Dru Yoga has positively changed my life in all areas. I used to have some sort of block, a kind of disconnect with life. Now everything just flows and I can connect with life on a deeper level.

You will learn more than you could imagine - about yoga postures, philosophy, anatomy & physiology, yourself and the relationship you have with yourself, the world and others - and so much more. The course is really well structured and balanced across different areas of teaching. The whole of the teaching team are totally amazing - supportive, full of wisdom and knowledge and I feel really grateful for the last couple of years. The course will go quicker than you think - make the most of this opportunity.  Thank you!

This Spirituality of Yoga has been an amazing experience for me, it has brought me back to my authentic self, helped me to realise that I need connection with nature (even when it's raining!) I have found such a sense of calmness and groundness, with the meditation practice, discovered that I need to value and trust myself.  I know this is just the beginning of my journey and still have a lot to learn, but so looking forward to the ongoing journey with the support and encouragement of the wonderful Dru team!
