Since starting Dru I feel I have developed a stronger sense of ‘Self’. In everything I try to do to develop myself I am slowly seeing changes also in those I have close contact with. I feel I am calmer and focus on self care- family and work colleagues are beginning to join me
After coming here and being with so many brilliant and bright people, it’s more like coming home, than a holiday or break.

What I'll take from today's yoga postgrad workshop:- Lovely sequences that can be adapted for all abilities, for myself and for my students.
I liked the gradual building of positions into a sequence, so that you felt you had mastered each position before it became a sequence, which was very relaxing and confidence building.The workshop overall was friendly and welcoming, whatever level you are, whether you are a beginner or teacher. I was able to achieve positions I previously hadn't been able to because of the slow, precise instruction.

I find Dru meditation really helps to bring balance in myself in this hurly burly world. It is a wonderful tool to take out and share with others.
The training is about so much more than the asanas, it is very holistic. The pace is at the right level, every asana is refreshed so you get the opporunity to learn how to do it correctly.
I really enjoyed the activations. The relaxation was particularly good. The segmented vitality sequence - very useful technique. I also enjoyed the simplicity of the flowing tree sequence. I enjoyed my day practicing Dru Yoga with a lovely group of people. Thank you Padma, Anne, Sue and Bob.

Having attended classes for over a year it was really good to have a taster of a longer session and different poses, breathing techniques. Felt very centred.

This course teaches yoga which everyone can do at all levels and stages so it’s really accessible. The teachers are real pros and have amazing experience to back up the knowledge. The workshop was warm, friendly, very interesting and mind altering. It was all inclusive, encouraging and well put together.
There was lots of variation, some easy, some more challenging. Lots of explanation about how to move and the theory behind the moves. I love to know stuff :).
