I loved the outside session with Annie and Radha and I particularly liked Andrew's meditations, I managed to ground myself deeper than I ever have before. The tutor groups were really good and I like being part of a sangha! I think it would be great if you offered some courses like this in future, when everything has sorted itself out, it was amazing that you had people from all over the world joining in

If you are thinking of doing the teacher training course, I would say just do it. You get more flexibility and knowledge of yoga, find peace in yourself with the ability to pass it on to others. Each one you meet knows there is something about you with a readience of peace and confidence around you. 'Find your inner light of peace'.

The course has been so inspiring to me as an individual who was simply interested in yoga at the beginning. I have learned so much from the tutors and my peers and hope to share my learnings with lots of other people in my classes. The depth of the experience has been immense and has developed my passion for yoga philosophy and has made me want to learn so much more - consequently have signed up for my next course already.

On the 5 day spirituality challenge leading up to this course, I realised I did not love myself. Since starting on the Spirituality of Yoga course and working with the practices, I have experienced a deep cellular healing, a shifting in my emotions, deepening into a sense of peace and quiet control/flow of life.
I have had so many realisations on this course; one in particular was a feeling of falling in love with my practice...and wondering if this could lead to an unconditional love commitment to myself to uphold a deeper consistent practice?....
Another insight was a deep self acceptance of where I am at now, giving myself permission to listen to my inner promptings and act on them; rather than see myself as failing when I don't meet my rigid expectations. A bit of freedom..
This course is a must for any spiritual seeker who is looking to deeply anchor and regularly maintain their spiritual practice. You will never look back as you create your own spiritual unfoldment and community to support and carry you forwards. I so look forward to our continuing journey. I liked the warm-up - the twist, my era! It was a good venue; comfortable and nice choice of refreshments. The workshop was lovely, gentle and supportive. Reaffirms why I love yoga.

The main aspect of the course that I have learnt from the tutors is that 'I can do it!' Dru Yoga is for everyone, including me! There are a wide variety of teachers and Dru can find the teacher in everyone. It has also taught me self-love. This is something that I will carry forwards and always hold onto.

I thought it was a great course. A lovely combination, especially as Keith related the doshas to different personality and behavioural traits, and that these were linked with the relevant balancing yoga sequence in the afternoon.
